Choice One: $33

 Appetizer: Guacamole Dip

Dinner: Veggie Quesadilla (Broccoli, cauliflower, squash, grilled onions and cheese.)

 Agave Fajitas (Grilled shrimp, Grilled chicken, Angus steak, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes.)

Dessert: Sopapillas (Deep fried tortillas, Coated with cinnamon sugar. Served with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle.)



Choice Two: $40

Appetizer: Chicken Wings (Your choice of traditional, Buffalo, or Mango Habanero served with celery sticks and ranch. 6 piece)

Dinner: Agave Fajita (Grilled shrimp, Grilled chicken, Angus steak, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes.)

Agave tilapia (Tilapia filet sautéed, served with rice, pico, lettuce, avocado and asparagus. Add shrimp for $3.00 more.)

Dessert: Flan (Mexican custard with caramel topping and chocolate drizzle topped with whipped cream.)



Choice Three: $40

Appetizer: Queso Fundido (Melted cheese with choice of chorizo, chicken or Angus steak, with grilled onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Served with tortillas.)

Dinner: Carne Asada (Ribeye steak served with rice, refried beans, lettuce, grilled onions, avocado, pico and tortillas.)

Arroz Con Pollo (Grilled chicken over rice, topped with cheese sauce, served with rice, salad and tortillas)

Dessert: Fried Ice Cream (Vanilla ice cream covered in corn flakes and deep fried. Served with cinnamon sugar tortillas, topped with a chocolate drizzle and whipped cream.)
